Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder decision-making
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize business strategies
- Create automated data pipelines to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear, compelling narratives
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
