Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and automated reporting systems for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data visualizations
- Implement data quality frameworks and validation protocols
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Document analytical processes and maintain data dictionaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Proven ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects
