Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets into structured, usable formats for analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, making complex data accessible.
- Optimize data collection procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
