Responsibilities
- Perform Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop Dashboards: Create interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within business data.
- Report Generation: Produce regular reports and presentations that communicate findings clearly to executive leadership and project managers.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and recommend automation strategies to improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into plain language.
- Tools: Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
