Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact business performance.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, translating technical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance) to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data workflows and propose automated solutions to improve efficiency and data accessibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction/manipulation; strong knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Tools: Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
