Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain complex, interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, discrepancies, and gaps in the data pipeline.
- Produce regular reports and compelling presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in data analysis and data visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly.
