Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure high-quality reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key metrics.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders to support executive decision-making.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
