Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to support business decision-making processes.
- Design and develop interactive data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau and PowerBI to make data accessible to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against targets.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure all reporting meets high-quality standards.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure transparency and repeatability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business insights.
