Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Modeling: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify patterns and anomalies.
- Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Business Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business metrics, providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Database Management: Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Communication: Present complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Visualization: Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to the Atlanta, GA area (or currently residing in NC) for hybrid collaboration.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
