Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and organization of large, unstructured datasets to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations (dashboards) using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis and generate regular reports for management to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify data trends and uncover new business opportunities.
- Document data pipelines and processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility for the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and recommend improvements to existing data workflows.
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience required. We value raw potential and a willingness to learn over a resume.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) and comfortable learning SQL or Python.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data sets quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
