Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to monitor KPIs and business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to identify key business problems and formulate analytical solutions.
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Maintain and document data pipelines and reporting processes to ensure scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
