Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure high data quality.
- Statistical Modeling: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel to present findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that summarize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Database Management: Maintain and optimize database queries using SQL to improve data retrieval speed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL, Python, or R. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) are required.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
