- Support Data Collection: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing raw data from multiple databases and sources.
- Create Visualizations: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track key metrics.
- Analyze Trends: Identify patterns and trends in data to support business strategy and reporting.
- Generate Reports: Draft clear, concise weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure Quality: Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of our datasets.
- Learn Tools: Actively participate in training to master SQL and Python for data manipulation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics) or equivalent experience.
- Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Eagerness to Learn: Demonstrated willingness to learn SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy when handling large datasets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain data findings to non-technical teams.
- Remote Work: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Problem Solving: Basic analytical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot data issues.
