Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Database Management: Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot any issues to ensure continuous data availability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying & Joins) and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
