Responsibilities
- Collect and Clean Data: Gather raw data from various sources and ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Analyze Trends: Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Generate Reports: Create detailed reports and visual dashboards (Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI) to present findings to management.
- Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and updating our internal databases to support ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for candidates with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relocation: Ability to relocate to Albuquerque, NM is required.
