Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within business data.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and answer critical business questions.
- Write optimized SQL queries and scripts to support data retrieval and reporting processes.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and strong experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
- Proven experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
