Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, integrate, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, correlations, and patterns that inform strategic decision-making.
- Visualization & Reporting: Develop intuitive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and recommend solutions to improve data accessibility and speed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track their progress.
- Model Development: Build predictive models to support forecasting and scenario planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strong query writing) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and ETL processes.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
