Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to leadership teams with actionable recommendations
- Implement data quality improvements and maintain data integrity
- Support A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis for product decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Strong experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
