Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements for analytics projects
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to measure campaign effectiveness
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise data narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analytics experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Excellent communication abilities to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
