Responsibilities
- Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable reports and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Design and maintain robust SQL queries to support ad-hoc analysis and automated reporting pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Operations) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct statistical analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities within the business.
- Lead data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy and integrity across all data warehouses.
- Present findings to executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Proven experience building interactive dashboards in visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
