As a Data Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between our technical data infrastructure and our strategic business goals. You will be responsible for mining, cleaning, and interpreting data to help leadership make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of raw data to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Raleigh and Virginia to define data requirements and analysis goals.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to forecast market trends and business outcomes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience creating visualizations in Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
