Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define data requirements and drive data-driven product strategies.
- Document data processes, data lineage, and analytical methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into understandable business recommendations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to relocate to Ohio with full relocation assistance provided.
