Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Phoenix and remote Florida locations to define project requirements.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Assist in the implementation of data governance policies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and data extraction.
- Strong skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to relocate to Phoenix, AZ, with our assistance.
