Responsibilities
- Design and implement ETL processes to collect, clean, and analyze structured/unstructured data from multiple sources
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate KPIs to stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time insights to executive leadership
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and validate analytical outputs
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality assurance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency (advanced joins, window functions)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Proven experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end data analysis projects
