Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports, translating technical findings into clear, business-friendly insights.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and implement solutions to streamline reporting processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and ensure data architecture aligns with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying & optimization) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues independently.
