Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business strategy.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and develop automated solutions to improve data workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
