Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, track progress, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast business outcomes.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Ensure data integrity and quality across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures) and Python/R.
- Strong experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
