Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL & Reporting: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data and generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical techniques to validate assumptions and forecast future trends based on historical data.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data processes and recommend improvements to enhance data quality and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with ETL tools and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
