Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform Data: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure high-quality inputs for analysis.
- Statistical Modeling: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive, clear, and concise reports and executive summaries for stakeholders at all levels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and business units to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Process Optimization: Recommend process improvements based on data insights to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and professional manner.
