About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, creating visualizations, and presenting findings to stakeholders across the organization. You will bridge the gap between technical data science and business strategy, ensuring our clients receive the insights they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify patterns and trends that drive business growth.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and support A/B testing initiatives.
- Communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders through presentations and written documentation.
- Identify data quality issues and implement strategies to improve data integrity and accuracy.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting data insights to executive leadership.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) is highly desirable.
