What You Will Do
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI for executive reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all data sources.
- Produce clear, concise, and impactful reports to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data querying and manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis and scripting.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of improving business performance through data-driven insights.
