Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to define data requirements and objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Create detailed reports and executive summaries to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Conduct A/B testing and other analytical experiments to support product and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a part-time or freelance capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is highly desirable.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Must be eligible for relocation assistance and willing to relocate to Ohio.
