Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources into structured, usable formats.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns within the data.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Forecasting: Assist in predictive modeling to forecast future trends and support budget planning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and Excel. Experience with Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office environment.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.
