Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Database Management: Query databases using SQL to extract relevant data and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and operations teams to define data requirements and support key business initiatives.
- Forecasting: Assist in forecasting models and trend analysis to support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive meaningful insights.
