Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and interpret complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high-quality data for analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve data and perform statistical analysis on historical and real-time datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain data integrity and support ongoing data governance initiatives within the department.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Must be available to work a flexible part-time schedule (approx. 20-25 hours per week).
