Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and executive summaries that translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data workflows and improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to the Atlanta, GA area (Relocation assistance provided).
