Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis to validate data accuracy and integrity.
- Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports for stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
