Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform Data: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure high-quality inputs for analysis.
- Develop Dashboards: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key business metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Generate Reports: Create comprehensive, accurate, and timely reports for management and cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or Excel. Experience with data visualization software (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly desirable.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple, understandable concepts.
- Availability: Ability to work a part-time schedule (20-25 hours per week).
