Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Develop automated data pipelines using ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx, Informatica)
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and data storytelling
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and data modeling
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
