As a Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between complex data and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, generating actionable reports, and building dashboards that keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Data Processing: Extract, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy for reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SQL & Modeling: Write complex SQL queries and perform data modeling to support ad-hoc analysis and automated reporting.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with operations and management teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored insights.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure data consistency across all night shift operations.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, reporting logic, and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and Python or R.
- Tools: Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the night shift schedule.
