Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity for nightly reporting cycles.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support business decisions and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and report on project milestones.
- Document data processes and create technical specifications to guide future development.
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot anomalies to prevent reporting errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operations or customer service environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
- Proven ability to create compelling visualizations and reports for non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule.
