Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights that support business growth.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Extract, clean, and transform raw data using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and report on project metrics.
- Conduct nightly data audits and system performance monitoring to minimize downtime.
- Document analytical processes and create training materials for junior analysts.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures) and Python.
- Expert level in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
