Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure high accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to translate data into actionable insights.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues within the nightly ETL processes.
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and complex data extraction.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively and autonomously during night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM β 5:00 AM or 9:00 PM β 6:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
