Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI for night-shift leadership.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, outliers, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Document data pipelines and analysis methodologies to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot data discrepancies during off-hours.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously during night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
