Responsibilities
- Extract and Cleanse Data: Gather data from various sources, identifying inconsistencies and ensuring high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Develop Dashboards: Create interactive visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports for management, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend process improvements based on data-driven findings.
- Data Governance: Maintain data documentation and adhere to data security and privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Programming: Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
