The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end data analysis lifecycle, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for stakeholders. We are looking for a problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python to ensure high data quality.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities within the night-time data streams.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical tasks.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Proactively monitor data accuracy and troubleshoot data-related issues during the shift.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with experience in night shift or high-volume data environments.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for querying and data manipulation.
- Strong experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
