In this critical night shift role, you will act as the guardian of our data integrity. You will analyze complex datasets during off-peak hours to uncover hidden trends and provide the executive team with the insights needed to drive strategic decisions. Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure high-quality data for analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data streams to support business forecasting and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues that arise during the night shift to maintain system uptime.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for management to communicate findings effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
