Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Extract, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Performance Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the night shift operational cycle.
- SQL & Data Management: Write optimized SQL queries to retrieve data and maintain database integrity within the Night Operations framework.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in Chicago and NC to understand data requirements and deliver timely analytical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in data workflows and propose automation strategies to improve efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Validate data accuracy and ensure all reporting meets the highest standards of integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (required), Python or R (preferred), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work a Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Experience with Excel (Advanced) and data warehouse systems (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
