Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Visualization: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business units to define data requirements and reporting goals.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve data collection, storage, and retrieval processes for increased efficiency.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Documentation: Document data models, processes, and methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer and system integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and optimization) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work during our Night Shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST/EST).
