Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Experience with statistical modeling and data visualization
